Happy that Ipage was able to help me retrieve my Bagheera Yoga Domain name after it had inadvertently expired. Apologies to anyone trying to get onto the site for the few days that it was offline. Going forth Bagheera Yoga content will be within a larger personal site titled Shin Chi Inryu which is my buddhist name Body Wisdom Hidden Dragon.
Dairyu and I were painting together one afternoon in 2011 in San Francisco when I made this Dragon on the Move brush painting. At the time it spoke to his moving from SFZC to move and create his own practice place called Dragons Leap (now in the Sunset District of San Francisco). And it also speaks to my own zen practice journey.
Inryū Bobbi Poncé-Barger leads week-end and day-long zen and yoga retreats in and near the DC area. The retreats are usually in scenic areas with paths for walking meditation and hiking. All retreats include healthy food and expert yoga and mediation instruction. She also leads zen meditation retreats for All Beings Sangha.
